ZEN is consciousness training. Regardless of faith or religious conviction, the Zen Seminar provides a framework to better understand oneself and to free oneself from to restrictive behaviors and habit structures.
Through meditation and mindfulness exercises, body work and Buddhist psychology in theory and practice, we explore the interaction of body, feeling, concept, habit structure and consciousness.
What is our self-image and how do we want the outer world to see us? What are our real needs? Why do we think and act in the same way again and again in certain situations?
In twelve consecutive seminars that build upon one another, we come increasingly more into contact with what is important to us – we find ourselves. The more clearly we can recognize our own habit structures, the easier we can break free from restrictive behaviors and self-deceptions. This process will not only benefit ourselves but also those around us.
